All payments for cosmetic services are due in full prior to the commencement of treatment. We provide the following payment options:
We understand that managing your healthcare expenses can be a hassle. That’s why we offer our patients the convenience of paying their medical bills online. Our secure payment portal allows you to make payments quickly and easily from the comfort of your own home. To make a payment, simply click on the button below and enter your account information.
We also provide multiple financing options:
For cosmetic or aesthetic treatment sessions, including but not limited to: Sclerotherapy,
Sculpt, TruSculpt, Venus Freeze/Viva, Laser/Skin Rejuvenation, Laser Tattoo Removal and
Botox/Fillers cancellations:
We appreciate 48 hours (2 business days) notice of cancellation, so that we may work with another patient if you are unable to keep the appointment for your treatment/consultation session. Treatment and consultation appointments cancelled within 48 business hours (2 business days), or no-shows will incur a $100 fee.
For Vein surgery or MiraDry cancellations:
We appreciate 2 weeks’ notice of cancellations for Vein Surgeries and MiraDry so that we may work with another patient during your scheduled time. Surgeries or MiraDry cancelled within 2 weeks will incur a $250 fee. Those cancelled within 1 week will incur a $500 cancellation fee and those cancelled within 48 business hours (2 business days) or no-shows will incur a $1000 fee.
For Liposuction/Fat Transfer/Body Contouring Surgery cancellations:
We appreciate 2 weeks’ notice of cancellation for these procedures so that we may work with another
patient during your scheduled time. Procedures cancelled within 2 weeks will forfeit the full deposit
paid at the time of scheduling. No-shows and surgeries cancelled within one week will result in the
forfeiture of the entire amount of their surgical costs.
