At Premier Vein and Body we strive to make our services affordable for every patient. With a variety of payment options, which may be used individually or combined according to your wishes, there should be nothing standing between you and your goal to “Achieve Your Desires.” If you have any questions concerning fees or financing, do not hesitate to ask. All payments for cosmetic services are due in full prior to the commencement of treatment. We provide the following payment options:

We understand that managing your healthcare expenses can be a hassle. That’s why we offer our patients the convenience of paying their medical bills online. Our secure payment portal allows you to make payments quickly and easily from the comfort of your own home. To make a payment, simply click on the button below and enter your account information.

We also provide multiple financing options:

CareCredit – Think of CareCredit as your own health, wellness and beauty credit card. Whether it’s plastic surgery, facial rejuvenation or a skincare visit, you shouldn’t have to worry about how to get the procedures you want.

Cancellations

For cosmetic, aesthetic and non-surgical body contouring treatment sessions, such as Sclerotherapy, SculpSure®, CoolSculpting®, Venus Freeze™ and Viva, miraDry®, Laser/Skin rejuvenation, Laser Tattoo Removal and BOTOX® Cosmetic/Fillers cancellations:

We appreciate 48 hours (2 business days) notice of cancellation so that we may work with another patient if you are unable to keep the appointment for your treatment session. Treatment appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours (2 business days) notice or No-Shows will incur a $100 fee.

For Laser Ablation vein surgery cancellations:

We appreciate 2 weeks’ notice of cancellation for vein surgeries so that we may work with another patient during your scheduled time. Surgery cancelled with less than 2 weeks’ notice will incur a $200 fee. Surgery cancelled with less than 48 hours’ (2 business days) notice or No-Shows will incur a $500 fee.

For Liposuction, Skin Tightening and Fat Transfer cancellations:

We appreciate 2 weeks’ notice of cancellation for these procedures so that we may work with another patient during your scheduled time. Procedures cancelled with less than 2 weeks’ notice will incur a $500 fee on your credit card. Surgery cancelled with less than 1 week notice or No-Shows will forfeit the deposit paid at the time of scheduling.
