Is There a Liquid Facelift for Non-Surgical Facial Rejuvenation?

The “liquid facelift” is one of the most popular non-surgical cosmetic procedures and, although results are only temporary, it is a great alternative to a surgical facelift, as it’s less expensive, has no downtime or risks, and provides almost immediate results!

Dr. Craig Schwartz, one of the most skilled surgeons in the Kansas City area, uses the dermal filler, Radiesse, along with Xeominto help plump, relax, and fill in the appearance of facial lines and wrinkles, restore youthful volume to the face, reduce sagging of the skin, and re-contour drooping facial features or hollow eyes.   At Premier Vein & Body by Schwartz, Dr. Schwartz injects all dermal fillers and Xeomin himself, ensuring beautiful, youthful facial rejuvenation. Not all injection results are created equal, meaning that the skill of the injector will greatly affect the results, which is why it’s so important to find an experienced, highly trained medical practitioner.  Dr. Schwartz personally consults with each patient to develop a customized plan to determine the amount of injections needed to best address their areas of concern and facial rejuvenation goals.

Facelift of the Future

The liquid facelift is a good option to address the signs of aging without the incisions, recovery time, pain and possible scarring involved with traditional surgical facelifts. Although not permanent, the results can be quite impressive from an aesthetic standpoint, and are noticeable almost immediately! Touch-ups will be necessary, as Xeomin results typically last 3-6 months, and Radiesse is one of the longest-lasting injectable fillers currently on the market, with results lasting 9-15 months.  It’s worth noting that the liquid facelift offers benefits that can’t be found with surgery, such as restoring natural facial contours and volume – taking 5-10 years of aging off the appearance of the face, but with subtle results.  Since results are temporary, you can always increase or decrease the amount of product used the next time to achieve the exact amount of facial rejuvenation you are seeking.  A number of plastic surgeons are actually now using liquid facelifts to augment their surgical facelifts in order to restore natural 3-dimensional contours to the face since the facelift surgery is more focused on “tightening” than “filling”.
